Egg rice recipe

 :Making of egg rice:

Egg rice is a very popular street style food with loaded of indian masalas and finished with soya Souse.

• Recipe of making egg rice:

1. crack the eggs into a small bowl and beat them together.
2. Heat a skillet with 1 table spoon of oil over medium high heat.
3. Add onion and Indian masalas like chili powder salt dhania powder ginger garlic paste into the heated oil.
4. mix all the ingredients with cracked  egg liquid and make sure it mixed full
5. Add the steamed white rice and mix with above masala.
6. Now your egg rice is ready to eat.
